At 12g per pot, not a great way.

Actually for me it is, because I like desserts and dont really enjoy shakes as much so yes while the protein level isnt as high I enjoy them and I do get more protein than if I had a regular yoghurt.

I am buying an ice cream maker at the weekend and going to take a stab at protein powder ice cream made with almond milk

I'm currently using Bulk Powder's Complete Protein Blend in Strawberry, which is easily the best tasting powder I've come across so far - albeit with using skimmed milk instead of water. It's just like a very nice milkshake that way.

I've also tried their Pure Whey Protein (80% instantised) in Banana - that was quite nice too, but not as enjoyable as the more expensive Complete Blend however.

My protein are a good budget brand to be fair and have some good reviews on there products. I usually buy from them!
