Heat Added. We stopped buying all these kinds of yogurts years ago. We now make our own Natural Yogurt and add good quality Conserve to it. Current faves are Sour Cherry, Raspberry and Apricot from Lidl. Also add Lemon Curd - nice!!

It's no big deal tbphwy. You can also just buy a big pot of Natural or Greek or Plain Yogurt and do the same. Works out cheaper in the long run too and far fewer additives.
