Think the App is excellent as wellJust thought I'd put this 'out there' for people to be aware of :-)

it is a good deal but the huge overdraft as well which i personally would not use but i am not saying they are terrible. i found their customer service was very good but the app i did no like so much as it crashed a few times on me, and you have to enter a passcode from a card they give you which has 20-30 different ones.

i noticed that too but rbs are defo introducing it if interest rates fall below .25% which i can see it going lower than that by end of year.
ulster bank are going to be first bank in uk/ni history to ever charge you to even hold your money negative interest they are calling it.

I know lol, just goes to show the sort of idiots that run our brill country. Someone must have questioned her thinking when they thought up rtb. Council housing was for the most needy, if they have all of a sudden become flush then they have lost they right to that benefit. Instead they get to treble their investment, great thinking maggie!

Council building is the best idea as their subsidising the high rents anyway with housing benifits. That money is then kept inhouse and really anything new built should be firstly for low earning working families.

i think you will find that was maggie thatcher , she was the start of this mess including deregulating the banks too .

That will further worsen the rental crisis. carnt win either way . What would be really good is if the councils just started building cheap accomodation for renters. Doesnt have to be anything special, most people just want a roof and warmth. That brings the rents down and the landlord dont get their yeilds inturn sell their hoard of houses. Housing crisis sorted lol.

council will never build houses , cant do that and have right to buy going at the same time.

i could have easily bought cheap houses with Leverage but to me btl is a parasitic practice that should never have been allowed to exist in the first place, trouble is the old saying goes "if you can`t beat them join them", the establishment will do anything to keep it propped up
