Good deal if you already have a colour calibration device and want to upgrade to Spyder 5 Elite which will also calibrate both projectors and video displays. Details of the product here.
datacolor.com/pho…ly/

Offer price is 139 Euros which works out about £125. All you need to do is provide the serial number of your current calibration device (it can be a Datacolor, X-Rite, or other make)

Hope it helps someone

Fair price for a good product. Heat.
Why all the coldness oO Great price for this product. Thanks for sharing susieqt.
Great Spot OP - many thanks and have some heat.
If you're a Mac user, be aware that OSX currently has a known bug that makes Preview (and some other Apple apps) display an incorrect level of blacks when using custom colour profiles (e.g. created by a Spyder). This bug started in Yosemite and still exists in Sierra, and no ETA has been given on when it'll be fixed (if ever).
I decided to go for this deal myself so thanks OP (me!) for a good spot and Happy Early Birthday. This will replace my Spyder 2Pro that I've had for years and no doubt make me want to look for a nice monitor upgrade too. So lucky we have HUKD to find all the good stuff for us.

Not that bothered if folk vote cold these days as life's too short - if it can help even one other person then I think that's a good deal to post - appreciate that this is of less mainstream interest than a cheap telly deal or game deal, but I know there are other folk in this community that share my interests. We can just sit back and enjoy the debate in nicely calibrated colour

Not a Mac user but had a little look at the discussions on this issue - don't know if this thread about black point compensation in Lr and Ps is any help, but throwing it in here in case it is

Thanks but it's logged with Apple as a known bug. Lr & Ps are unaffected, only seems to be Apple's own apps that are screwed.
