David Lloyd Fitness Club 14 Days For £14 - Kids £7 For April

Found 10th Apr 2013
Saw the banner outside the club and took up the offer tonight with some friends.

No catches or contract just as it says £14 for 2 weeks kids only £7

Hopefully be of use to someone that uses the local gym or swimming pool on pay per visit basis at a potential £1 a visit this is decent.

I was a bit worried id have to fill out direct debit forms and stuff but it was simple we just paid the £14 in cash no minimum sign up or anything.

Last day to purchase this offer is 17th April

Great

About time they started doing some offers, my local wanted £154/month for 2 adults and 2 kids 3 years ago - I walked out - what a joke - we occasionally use or local council gym which isn't bad unlike some

maybe competition has finally sorted them out with the budget gyms like pure with opening offers of 10.99/mth
tempting

DL is a premium gym you can not compare 10.99 gyms its like comparing a mountain bike to a Bentley, economy to first class, lidl to harrods...

Which Lloyds was this? I know that people who used previous trials got refused in... They are classing this as a 14 day trial! Just a heads up! But for that price it is a top deal! As mikie said... It's not a no frills gym lol.

Expects sales calls after. A two week trial for a gym like this doesn't come often! Use it wisely..

£14 for 14 sessions is reasonable but no on-going membership pricing on the website - clearly a total rip-off when you're expected to sit through a desperate sales pitch before even finding out how much it costs. Cold!

Be prepared for them to beg you to sign up to a £80-£100 a month membership.

Does this include use of racquet sports or just the gym and pool

The deal is good, but have to agree DL is a rip off. I was a member for 7 years and the price kept going up, they even wanted an extra £25 a month for my 6 month old to use the pool!

mikie dizzy....well you should go to the dl in reading then because there is nothing premium about it

premium gym would be nirvana spa in sindlesham near reading for me...though thats 100 a month

rascasse

agreed dl wanted the same for my kids...but all theyd use is the pool as they did nothing for kids

the 154 a month was an offer....like hell was it....i laughed when she said it was an offer and only available for 24 hours

dl pretends to be family friendly which is absolute bull...really irks me....just look at high wycombe..adults only...hate hypocrites
