I received mine yesterday - straight from the factory boxed ready for assembly.
I know it won't be to everyone's taste since it is neither the best road bike nor the best hybrid. But if you do an easy commute by road, but want to go off road other times you could do a lot worse, with the remote lockout on the forks, double wall rims and stiff frame.
I think it's an absolute bargain. He had loads of 22", 5x20" and 12x18" left when I got mine.

Hmmmm im used to riding a 18" MTB and at 5"9 would 18" be the best option for a Hybrid too?

Yes 18" would be safest bet here. I ride a 20" hybrid and I'm 6ft tall and JUST fit over the cross bar.

I'm 5'9 and the 20" is perfect for me.

Hi Muffy,

On Ebay the Discovery 401's shown on the Rutland listing have the 2009 frame paint-job. Does your have the full 2010 spec including the latest decor? I'm curious how Rutland can do these prices when all other outlets are at least £100 more expensive. Do they cut corners on quality?
