IE, if you end up in the river, you have literally 3 seconds to return to shore before the game resets and returns you to a location which could be FAR away from where you are. If you lose your bike in the lake, same situation. If you need to reset it, it will go to the nearest location which is some cases is 2/3KM away! You can only reset the bike if you're near it, but when it resets, it resets to somewhere far away?! A knock on the bike can cause 50% damage, if the bike brakes; you have to look for parts to repair it and it becomes a chore. The game is centred around the bike. Objective A, the furthest point in the left have side of the map. You Complete it. Objective B. The furthest bottom right hand side... - I sold it today for £17. Straight to CEX. The game is OK, but there are too many good games out to play this.Everything else in the list is good.

I have got to say, I never fell into a river once, and it is really difficult to do so. Such an odd complaint.
I didnt experience most of that very often and when I did it didn't Mar the experience for me. I didn't use the fast travel at all - the world was so much fun to traverse. One of the games of the generation for me

I’d say the new old call of duty would hit the bargain bucket sooner than this one does.

Same, mates have it and they say its brilliant
It's very good, really enjoyed it, not great but definitely my game of the year so far. But there again there hasn't been much competition.

Absolutely worth it.

That wasn’t y only. The game is centred around a bike and travelling from one side to the other. Pointless. I was really hyped about it. I even spent a good day or two playing it solid. I was seeing more flaws than enjoying it

To be fair it just sounds like it wasn't your type of game. I drowned in a river too btw haha but there is no need to enter the water really, I just wanted to see if I could get behind a waterfall.

I love it but so much of it suits what I like, I like the stealthy action. The bike is supposed to be a heap of junk at the start so you can upgrade it as you go. It is also to build tension if the bike breaks down and you are stuck in the dangerouse environment.

I would just pay a little more though and buy new than an ex rental though.
Days Gone £24.99, everyone hold out it might drop to £19.99 for more than 12 of us
Days Gone is a very good game. It still has some bugs and quirks, but to me it's a solid 8.5/10.

The latter half of the story is really engaging and the Horde clearances later on are amazing.

The first 10 hours the story is a bit too slow, and the bike has an awful range so it gets a bit annoying until you upgrade it.

If you don't want to bother with much riding, fuelling and maintenance, you can simply fast travel around most of the time (once you've cleared the route) , and refuel and repair the bike using camp credits which are plentiful.

The thing that bothered me the most actually was the inconsistency between Deacon's good intentions expressed in the main story, and the side missions. These have you slaughtering campfuls of people because they associate with a few people your camp mates don't like. I lost track of how many Cope, Tucker & Rikki missions involve getting revenge on one random bad guy, which escalates into killing 10-20 of his campmates for no obvious reason.

Hang on, what about... Oh yeah... good point!
One of those rare games where I not only completed it but all the side missions too. Got the secret ending as a result. Awesome game.

It was originally shown in 2016...
Well worth it. I bought the last deal for it on here and it was 28 pounds well spent. I've finished the story but still have loads to do.

I disagree scrap is found easily. The point is you are In a post apocalyptic world so you have to scavenge for stuff. But it's everywhere. Loot dead people, cars, houses garages. You can buy repairs at camps too.

Never drove off a cliff or into a river myself.
My favourite game this year. The hordes are terrifying until u get a better grip on how to 'manage' them. Loved every minute of it and was sorry when completed. Some big scares too!
Finished and platinumed. First ps4 game ever that I have spent that amount of attention too.
