This will most certifiably work, I guarantee it. I shall buy 100 units for 1 great English pound, and sell it to scores of needy children for the high price of £20. I shall be rich, I see no way for my plan to fail.

hmv never honor these

can't be added to basket either

Not even worth trying to order... No way will this be honoured

OH NO, there seems to be a problem, with HMV's internet and I cannot set my plan into action. It will not let me buy my games to become rich. I have already borrowed 1 pound from a kind bald man wearing gold chains on the street, and I told him I would give him 10 pounds later for his kindness.

I think he will beat me now

cannot be added in the basket.

cannot be added in the basket.

crazy shopper

cannot be added in the basket.

Thanks for the update, I will check back in another 3 minutes for your next

great deal, but it can't be added to the basket

heat added for trying

I think we all forget, as we are so used to these mis prices being cancelled, although they dont have to honour your offer to purchase legally, it is against the rules to consistently mis price, and they can be fined by trading standards for doing so. Perhaps every time we see a mis price we should all email trading standards in HMV HQ's town (anyone know where that is) and complain about it and ask as it seems to be an ongoing occurrence what action they are taking? I know it does us no actual favours, but I think that it would provide anyone that has had a mis price cancelled a certain level of satisfaction if they start getting fined for them.

Well, they are already closing 60 stores so if they keep getting fined what good will that do? For goodness sake, if you have spare time use it constructively. In a similar way, the rail companies keep getting fined for trains being late so they just hike up the prices or give an even worse service. Water companies get fined for leaks, result is less money to fix them. GAL.

So what if you get mugged one day in the street and the police catch the mugger. When it goes to court i presume you'll be asking the judge to let them off. They probably mugged you because they had no money so fineing them won't do any good.

Financial penalties are there for a reason. Whilst I agree with your comment in principle, having no penalties for constantly running late trains or never fixing water leaks provides no incentives to run trains on time or fix leaks.

It's a de fault price according to HMV as until they get a price, they want it on the web site so everyone can see!
