De Solv It Sticky Stuff Remover - reduced to £1 at Robert Dyas

Found 20th Mar 2014
Popped into my local Robert Dyas (Leamington Spa) to buy some Sticky Stuff remover and although the product was showing a shelf edge ticket price of £3.99 it scanned in at the till at £1 - bargain!

The assistant checked stock and there were 8 left in that store and she confirmed that the clearance was nation-wide.

This is for the 100ml bottle (Robert Dyas product 169753) NOT the big 250ml

This stuff is brilliant, I usually buy it from b&qb for about £3-£4.

Why not buy a bottle of cheap 23p vinegar and use that. It does the same job but cheaper!

I tried vinegar once but having your Xbox controller smell of it is not nice let me tell you.

Cheap deodorant is also good at this kind of thing, but again the item ends up smelling like a 14 year old boy

Cheap vinegar would have you smelling like a vagrant 14 year old boy possibly, in fact why are we taking about smelling 14 year old boys lol, and why don't 14 year old girls smell like that, in fact I'm not smelling 14 year olds of any gender and never have done, there was that one time at the bus stop, however that was due to lack of deodorant. So that's clear then none of us are smelling minors or adults even. It's allowed to smell adults in a sexual fashion if you want too, but I wasn't referring to that practice earlier with regard to minors. What was this deal about again?

Is that payment in kind? Any chance of a freebie to Luton airport? I'll bring the Windolene.
