Deals for Orlando Visitors - Various Food / Entertainment

I'm heading over next week, and have been collecting various vouchers and groupons to save money, which I have just shared in a group on Facebook, so thought I'd add them here (details in first post).

For Travelzoo, you can use paypal.

For Groupon, when you register your credit card, simply put the first line of your ACTUAL address, and the city and zip code as Orlando based - an example for the zip code is 32819.

Hope this helps someone

My dad's retired, and I can take holidays from work more or less whenever I like, so we went with 6 days notice last year and got flights for £209.

My favourite times to go for both weather and crowds are mid-late April (after the Easter price surge has died down) and early September (after the summer holidays) - early September also has Labor Day, when there are some crazily cheap prices in the shopping malls

I want to go because... well why wouldn't you? The other half wants to go for... BIG FOOD

We're off to I-Drive at the end of the month (my 17th visit to Florida!) so I was interested to read this post.

Have already got my King's Bowl Groupon voucher. Love it there, perfect for a rainy afternoon! And they do pretty awesome cocktails too!

I have also purchased an Orlando Eat & Play card (£12 from Attraction Tickets Direct). We love breakfast at Denny's and this card saves 20% there (amongst other places) so will soon saves us money.

I also tend to sign up to favourite restaurant website clubs/newsletters. They usual send a voucher for a free appetizer or dessert (often short term validity, so time wisely).

I cannot wait for our trip! Thanks for this post OP, making me even more excited!

FREEBAGS <<<< doesn't work on a flight from birmingham :\

Cheers, looking at going out and this will help so much.

Any flight deals for October time?

Thanks so much for posting this, we're off there end of May for the first time, so this has been really helpful.

No problem - if you have any general questions, feel free to drop me a message. I'm there quite a lot with work and holidays.

Thanks for sharing

Thanks OP, I'm going out there this year and staying at Parc Condominium on International drive for a couple of nights before heading out on a road trip. I see the pool and beer deal place is right nearby....hmmm...how to tell the missus?!

on a side note, Senor Frogs is AWFUL I wouldn't even pay $1 for that but heat added because there are some good deals
I'm waiting for the Dunkin Donut $10 for $5 voucher again

Have you ever been in May over Memorial weekend? We have been before however not in May normally April and wondered what the crowds are like at the parks and shopping.

I'm going on the 19th May and the parks class it as peak time (for some odd reason).
But I've heard it still quiet. Looking forward to going to the new Universal water park

If you're out and about, look at the leaflet racks and get the coupon books, leaflets and guides. Basically if they're a thing in Orlando and you've not got a coupon (except the big parks) you've not looked hard enough. The coupon books have some great deals if you want to eat cheap, I recall 4 of us eating at Cici's pizza for about $10

Hehe me too. Apparently there are good sales at the malls on Memorial weekend but I hate packed shops. Are you doing Disney?

We're going on the same date, do u know when the universal water park is going to open? I thought it was early June, so thought we'd miss it.

Currently it's the 25th of May.

It will be absolutely rammed with tourists and locals alike, so just avoid the weekends for the best bet of slightly lower crowds. They have wristbands you can use to get a queue spot, which will alert you when it's time to return, so at least you shouldn't spend too much time in line if it works

voted cold because im not currently planning another trip there anytime soon and im jealous

Glad I went last year, the Disney/Universal combined tickets have now gone up by a third, now costs around £2300 for four tickets (age 10 and over), paid £1750 last year. Next year will be worse, £2680 on one ticketing website, but Universal have yet to release next years prices, so they are pricing it incase they increase prices dramatically. Bloody Brexit!!

There is one called ' it's Orlando time' lots of useful posts on there

Are there any good apps to download once I'm out there like voucher cloud in the uk? Going for the first time in October with my 3 princesses and my wife. (Excited to be out there for Halloween too! See it done properly)

Anyone seen any good (or better) offers on Universal Studios yet? Face Prices on tickets are insane!!!

They were doing 4 days for the price of 2, I believe... depends how long you want to go for, though.

If you plan to return within 12 months, and it's not during the school holidays that you tend to go, then an annual pass is your best bet.

Off out to Orlando in May myself, first time with kids though... some of these deals will be getting bought I think!

We were planning on buying Disney tickets out there (as the deals here cover multiple parks, we are only doing magic kingdom) anyone know of a decent way to buy single park tickets for Disney?

I go May the 19th from Manchester cannot wait for volcano bay

We're just off highway 192 right now
Looking for something local for dinner tonight
Longhorn or Fridays I think are front runners atm

TGI Fridays, IHOP and Outback Steakhouse good for vouchers if you register online. Pretend your birthday is on while you're there too to get birthday vouchers. Anyone know how to get cheap Busch Garden tix?

Checked earlier and our flights are eligible for the free baggage deal, it's actually on Thomsons website if you look really really hard for it. I called them up as I haven't yet added bags to our booking and nope Thomson's won't honour it! They are saying it must be added at time of booking, my husband had tried to add the code at booking but website wouldn't accept the code, so he didn't add the bags with a view to sorting it direct, he's only just told me this. I'm waiting on a manager calling me back tomorrow. Any ideas whether they should honour the deal as they're still offering it as nowhere on the T's & C's does it say must be added at time of booking. Thanks all
