Did you tick the boxes for the vase and chocolates before you went to the checkout? or did it apply automatically.

MOM?

Does anyone know if you can specify a date for delivery? Tia

I really wouldn't recommend Debenhams. Last year I spent £50 on a bouquet for my nan. What arrived I can only describe as a bunch of weeds dragged out of someone's garden with a flower in. It was horrendous.
It took me 2 months to get a refund.

Never again.

Same here my mums were shocking I sent her then had to mess about taking photos and sending them as proof and on top of that they sent them on the wrong date. Never again

MOM?

yes, short for mother

Ordered a couple of different bunches (one to mum one to partner) before when on offer from Debenhams and i have to say…SHOCKING…both bunches died really quickly and looked a little tatty when delivered.

I will never order any flowers from these again, sorry OP voted cold.

Darren.

Recently ordered with Debenhams, not happy with the experience. Requested delivery on the Saturday, flowers were dispatched on Friday, arrived on Monday ... 3 days old by the time I'd even received them! And nothing like the pictures on the website, very poor.

So flowers from a large chain prepared week earlier in a factory by employees on minimum wage who can't be bothered are worse than fresh bunch from your local florist?

You don't say.

Try interflora or similar website, they have deals signed with local florists who prepare and deliver your order. I used them many times and it's always been like advertised.

Wouldn't touch Debenhams Flowers with a barge pole after they failed to deliver to my grandmother for her 80th. As they had no tracking on their site, I phoned them that day and they couldn't find the order. They promised re-delivery the next day, but nothing. Made me look like I'd forgotten. They did eventually turn up three days late with a complementary box of chocolates and a written apology from Debenhams Flowers but still, I would never recommend them. Stick with Interflora.

In America, not in the UK.

The problem is that Interflora would charge £25 - £30 for the same bouquet.

You'd end up spending 11.99 + 25 to get it right anyway..

Next are rubbish as well used them a couple of times and both times the flowers were dead within a couple of day. You don't expect that when you have spent £35 on a bouquet.
Best and longest flowers have always been Tescos and Morrisons, Yes I know they don't do delivery but if you are hand delivering them.

Until about four years ago I have never seen anyone use the term mom in the UK, and I'm fifty. I generally only see young UK adults who have grown up with the internet use it now, whatever "looking it up" says.

Forget the chocolates and vase. There's wine!!

Birmingham and West Midlands is where I've heard it used. It's not an American thing.
