Same. Told the issue is with DPD as they're too busy to pick the item from ecovacs. Could be true as I requested a change of delivery address and they said since its already packed and labeled, they can't do it.
I have the T8 AIVI. It’s part of the family now.
This level of Robot Vacuum Mop is so not needed and incredibly excessive, but I wish I had the cash for one

Was thinking the same until few months ago but with both of us working from home & kid running around, the features this provides sound like a must have. With Roomba costing around £1200-£1500 for the same features, this looked like a good deal. It got respectable reviews online.
This looks like the greatest thing ever invented.
Ordered I'll put my current one upstairs. This should work a lot better on the wooden floors
