I'm no expert but yeah cancer cells thrive on sugar (fructose) so by extension most fruit would then probably be ruled out ,
Bromelain on the other hand is cytotoxic to cancer cells

this will be a price glitch and changed as soon as they realize,you'll be on a wild goose chase

Sorry but these are rank. Not even worth 10p

I like fresh pineapple plus most tinned pineapple too
