Voted Hot but wouldn't be surprised if the basket description is wrong. £7.77 seems too cheap for 5 reams delivered.

well I just bought two - it does seem very cheap but I just checked my paypal invoice again and it does say

so if its a screw up they can reverse all of it or honour it

Most likely 1 pack but..... might be worth a go

Also did my homework on their Ts&Cs;

When you click on link to accept when placing order. only reference to price is;

3.Prices
1. The prices shown in our price lists are correct at the time of printing but are subject to alteration without notice.
2. The prices payable for the goods shall be those that pertain at the time of order.
3. Unless otherwise specified, prices are exclusive of, carriage, VAT and any other duty or tax payable by the buyer, which shall be
added to the price.

However, when you separately click on home page Ts&Cs link, they have additional words;

8. Errors and Omissions
8.1
We make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted in our catalogue and on our
website are correct and accurate. In the case of a manifest error or omission, we will be entitled to rescind
the contract, notwithstanding that we may already have accepted your Order and/or received payment
from you. Our liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money that you have paid in respect
of the Order.
8.2
In the case of a manifest error in relation to price, you will be entitled to purchase the Goods or Services
by paying the difference between the quoted price and the correct price, as confirmed in writing by us
after the manifest error has been discovered. A 'manifest error', as the term is used in this clause 8,

the price that would have been quoted had the mistake not been made.

So, may be a legal issue if they try to get out of sale, but the Ts&Cs we accept when placing order do not cover their errors !!!!

Incredible price, has to be wrong, but have ordered 2 cases! Fingers crossed....

Just placed my order for 2 boxs Total price £ 12.54 ( £6.27 each delivered)

They have several other 500 packs of paper on there website. When they are added to your basket they all show up as 1 X 500.
The hotukdeal is the only one that comes up as 5 X 500 !!!!!

can still buy it got to the payment page and realized that I would never use this amount of paper but a great price well done op

After logging in with PayPal it adjusted the postage to near on £30. Cancel cancel cancel! Close one!

Hmm weird.
Just checked and it clearly shows 7.77 and as pending.
Maybe they just realised and new orders are being charged proper price.

U need to pick the cheapest delivery option. The 30 pounds optiin default happened to me too. Like amazon

Unfortunately there has been an error with the description of the paper you have ordered. The paper was incorrectly described on our website as being a 5 pack of 500 sheets when in actual fact the item you have pre - ordered is only for 1 pack.



If you would like to go ahead and receive the 1 pack of paper we are happy to ship this to you on a next day service. Alternatively we can cancel the order for you to allow the funds to be returned to you. At this stage your payment has only been pre-authorised and should you wish to cancel the order this pre-authorisation will be cancelled immediately.



We strive to ensure that all our listings are correct but with the thousands of products listed on our website inevitably some do slip through unnoticed. The paper has been removed from the website and an investigation has been launched to find out how this was able to happen. Got same email today

I have not received email admitting their error yet. If I do, will rely on ext I quoted above, i.e. specific Ts&Cs accepted at time of order do not include their get-out.due to error. Must be worth a try !!!!

Is there a legal expert in our midst. Surely the point of accepting Ts&Cs at time of sale has some value for seller to honour commitment to sell.

Hi All,

Please contact us if you have not received your email. All orders where customers agreed to cancel before we reviewed the situation a second time have been offered a £10 credit on the basis that they have already received their refunds. Yes, as stated above, I pointed out that I had ordered on the basis of accepting the Ts & Cs they presented at time of order, hence they were bound by them. Apology received, commitment to order confirmed and signed for delivery this morning !!!!

So sometimes it is good to push back "with good reason" and we have all benefited.
