Not voting but at 27" I would go 1440 or above

Nice looking monitor and size for the price heat added
Only 1080p at this size is not worth getting.

The point of getting a quality PC isn't to get a large monitor at this rubbish resolution

I have a 32 inch QHD monitor, still miss my acer 27" IPS FHD

Nothing wrong with that mate, each to their own.

But at above 30" screen size I would want higher res than 1440p on a monitor. And at above 25" I would want higher than1080p.
What is Waves MaxxAudio? Does this have built in speakers?
That's one good looking monitor
Is this one better at a similar price?

Agreed, this is a wasted opportunity not putting a higher resolution on a 27" display.

But then it would be a lot more than 127 quid eh? Different price point and different market.

I can see a target market for this. Home users who value screen real estate but not resolution. It would suit my retired parents for instance.

Actually that's a good point. It would also suit someone who likes to play games but doesn't have a very powerful graphics card capable of higher resolutions.

Yeah. Like yourself I wouldn't touch this res. But I bet there's a corporate customer for this too. If I was decking out a call centre I'd be looking at these.
If only it was 1440

Res isn't everything and 1080p more than enough coming from someone who has 1440 and 32 inch
The resolution is too low for a 27" display. 1080p is more suited to 24" displays unless you have poor vision.

IPS is another issue that does not suit some people.
This may be good deal for 2009. It's 2019. No 4K, and not even 100% sRGB which is by itself 1990's... Waste of money.
Does it have built in speakers ?

Totally depends on the use case. Why do you need 4K for office work ?
