Dell 7310 i3 Chromebooks, 4gb/8gb, both touch and non-touch available at the dell outlet at a decent price.

By all accounts these are the best non-pixel chromebooks currently available.

These usually go out of stock pretty quickly.

I bought the i5 32gb/8gb touchscreen on for a few quid more (now out of stock unfortunately)

Edit;

NOT OUT OF STOCK!

Right now there are 6x 8gb non-touch & 2x 4gb touch in stock.

The link taking you straight to the chromebook doesn't seem to work - If you click "business" then "Laptops and Tablets" you'll be on your way.

If they appear out of stock, keep trying the website in a different browser.

For some reason under the "dell chromebooks" link it says no stock - but if you go via the other links they do appear.

Dell outlet is very odd. They price stuff too cheap, hide it away in some not-obvious corner of their website, then make you jump through hoops to actually buy it.

It's almost like they don't really want to sell their stock...

So why so cold?

You would struggle to find this model refurbed on ebay at this price - and this comes direct from dell with a warranty.

Chromebooks are useless unless Ubuntu is installed. (They can only access chrome so are useless without Internet, so why is it portable??). For this price you can get a WAY more powerful laptop with Windows anyway
Heat, not because I want a Chromebook, but that the OP has alerted me to a useful website (in my search for a laptop).

I think Chromebooks are seen as cheap and cheerful so under £200 is a good price.
How many people require an i3, 8GB or RAM and 32GB storage on a Chromebook?
If you really need that hardware spec then for ~£360 I figure a Windows laptop is a better option. Obviously not everyone as you bought one.
I didn't know the i3 / 8gb combination even existed. The Dell 7310 will be getting android apps soon
Just bought the i5 32gb/8gb touchscreen that showed up this evening. Very impressive specs. Will have to get linux on it as well.
My old Samsung 550 chromebook has been great but the keyboard has given up the ghost.
Ordered the lowest non touch celeron version just for web browsing. Great battery life, screen & build for < £250

Sorry, just seeing this, got it yesterday! :-)
How did you get it so cheap, damo-mca? Cheapest one I can find that matches the specs you have on yours is for over £700
I think it was about £415 for the model I got. I guess just keep an eye out on the outlet store. Not sure if you can set up alerts?
