Got it to 645, but it seems to only be 1024 memory, not 2048.

This isnt funny any more, thats twice today I have listed a dell deal only to have them change it after they listed it, thanks for letting me know, I will alter the post.
Welcome to HUKD btw ;-)

Shame the memory has been reduced Mike..but my sort of PC with plenty of grunt.

Looks like they have also chopped the sound card upgrade as it has got "Integrated Audio with Dolby Digital 7.1 capability" as the standard when you go into it.

Still looks good... I'm just wondering if it is the best deal for me if I have a Graphics card and 250GB HDD to put in it ??

Cheers

probably not for you as this system is designed for RAID operation...of course you could sell the 2x sata 160 gb drives and buy another 250 gb sata drive (that's if your present drive is SATA) to set up as RAID...and sell the fitted graphics card if the one you have is better.

Maybe you'd be better off building a PC?

:thumbsup:Thanks Wizmark

Be a little careful with these as they have gone for the cheapest Vista on some I checked and although you can upgrade to Premium etc you may have issues with graphics not being able to use Aero fully.
Until we get some feedback it will be a bit of an unknown.

It does seem to have reduced the prices again though...and I just went through them all again this morning:w00t:

Very limited options re Vista; the 9400 comes with Home Basic. You don't even get the option to select another flavour.

At this point, you're better off buying a system with XP Pro and taking advantage of the free upgrade to Vista Business.

Sorry wizmark, I messed your links up when adding the HotUKDeals link to each. I'll go through them and correct them shortly.
