Ive got 2 of these monitors as they came with Dell PCs bought last year (from a deal posted on HUKD!)

They are very good, particularly like the slim frame around it as it looks very streamline. Been great for gaming as well as text. The only downside is the stand. Its not height adjustable and is quite low. Unless you have your chair at a very low height or are vertically challenged you would need to have it angled upward. Mine are on desk arms so not a problem.

Im not an expert on monitors and current prices but I'm pretty sure there is a lot of choice of cheaper models than this.

this or the Samsung 226CW at a similar price?
