nice one

Nice price tempted but holding out for hdmi and usb 3 appreciate might pay bit more

You can usually get a decent brand for this price so I would skip it.

Example would be handy

Lenovo offer at Comet for £285 is a better spec (dual T3300 CPU, HDMI out) if you are used to Lenovo/IBM keyboard layout. (says £299 but use code 5200 for £285 + 3% TCB)

Nice to see you are still on the Dell trail Mike T.

I would prefer a better processor though.

Poor spec for a dell, although their prices yoyo quite a bit. Their core i3 laptops were only 80quid more at one point. Wait for a better deal imo.

Price is reasonable but then it's a pretty basic spec. Unusually for Dell this comes with a wireless n network card. No graphics card though so I'll give it a miss.

Whats special about a wireless n card?
I am finding it hard to get on their site to see if its possible to upgrade the processor. Also I'd like to know the max memory capacity if anyone knows how to find out.

Very average deal..

Much faster network connection than a wireless g card. Most of the Dell deals seem to have a slower network card, and you have to pay another £15-£20 to upgrade.

Celeron.. really?

Whats your point ?
