What about adding WebCam , 256 MB Graphics Card and high Resolution screen is that worth £607.20 ?? Please help me I am about to click Buy

The manual is Here with all the specs listed, If I were buying I would want the screen and graphics card upgrades for sure, the webcam lid is up to you, if your going to use it then yes of course.

Possibly stupid question, does anyone know if the 8600GT graphics card fitted to the inspiron is the same as the XPS, read a review that seems to indicate that in the XPS it is DDR3, in the inspiron DDR2....any comments?
