Deal now points to the dell small business site as the delivery charge is knocked off there making this a very nice price now.

can you get this from the home site with Vista Home Premium???

No, its £470 there for a start and only Vista bus or ultimate at plus £59 or XP Pro as with this deal.

Thanks again MikeT....... Da Man!!!

Seriously thinking of getting one of these and one of these ]these
(Been looking for two 6400s)

I only wish they had smaller harddrives, believe it or not but I prefer smaller drives say 80GB..... better data security.... with no usage loss since I know I will not use more then say 20-30GB at any one time. (Don't tend to deal with video files).

looking very closely:santa:

Just to add I have noticed that if I browse to the Dell Small Business site and choose the lowest spec Inspiron 6400 option and make a few adjustments I can get a system which for my requirements is great value, with my hard drive quirks.

As long as it is over £299 then get free delivery.

Thanks MikeT, you have opened my eyes :santa:

Thanks for another great find, Mike. I ordered one last night.
