Dell have currently got a 12% discount code for their laptops active until the 26th April with the code SAVE12, it turns out codes are now stackable and you can use the 10% student discount with the code GJ7$8DW5?37HL$.

The link I've attached is for the most popular XPS 15 model which is £1599 normally.

Top cash back offer 4% Cashback on the Dell website and quidco 3%, if it tracks it brings the price to £1215.75

why cold?
No idea, I've been watching these and I'm so tempted...
great prices on xps 13's
Hot! just got an XPS15, Thanks!
Very good price. Could only get them to know it down to £1399 last week. Anyone know how long it takes to get delivered after shipment?

Thanks OP. Best XPS deal so far. Ordered
Looked at these stacked codes for the new 1050/1050 Ti Dell 15 Inspirons. They stack on all but the 'best' ready-to-ship, £999 model (the fourth configuration in the link below)...

As soon as you apply the SAVE12 code, it takes off the £100 saving (although the student code still works).

I still have my doubts about the Inspirion TN screens but if you could get the £999 model with 22% off, you would get yourself a lot of bang for your buck.

It's usually a week to 10 days, however, I just tried to add a fingerprint reader to mine and it took it to two weeks
This is a great price package, but ironically it made me seek out a code for the HP spectre 15, and I've ordered that instead after being *this* close to the Dell...!
And it'll arrive in two days...

Don't keep the offer to yourself!
Good deal. Some good deals around. Also worth checking dell outlet first as well incase they have what you want cheaper.
I was looking at the inspiron 7000 gaming price with these codes the £1300 comes in at just over a grand with the ups 4k screen, but it only has a 512gb ssd and that's it. I was going to cancel my £900 omen but I'm going to stick with the omen because of the multi storage drives. Great deals though, just a shame about the TN panels or i would have went with the regular non 4k screen
What could good laptop for IT developments. Lot of heavy processes running at same time.

Well I went for the top spec x360 spectre 15, which is £1799, but is currently on offer with a free 3 yr warranty (usually £99) and I found a code for 7% off, which brought it down to £1673. Not as good an outright discount as this offer, but I preferred the HP as I want things like the convertible feature, windows hello, and the pen ,thunderbolt charging etc... I don't need the gaming or performance chops of this Dell...the 940mx is capable if not blistering, and as I say, I get it in two days, not two weeks!
If there's any interest I'll try and find the code again...
Oh, and there's a games package with the HP too... Not stunners, but it's got halo wars 2 in there...

Here are the links to the 7% HP Spectre x360 discount codes:

For the 15" model: dmxdimension.com/hp-…ls/

For the 13" model: dmxdimension.com/hp-…ls/

I have tried these and they appear to work - just haven't had the nerve to push the button and buy!

Awesome, thanks - am after a 13" x360 spectre myself
Thank you very much for the Dell voucher codes. Managed to save £207 on a dell 17 7000 2 in 1. Can't wait for delivery
Great specs but why are Dell laptops so ugly? Anyway. Anyone know if build quality is any good with Dell now? I've read a lot of negative reviews about build issues.
Note that a couple of weeks ago they put the XPS price up I think.

Previously I believe they were doing the UHD screen option with 16gb etc for £1600, then discounting that.

Now it's the 1080p screen at that price and £200 more for the UHD touch screen.

With the SAVE12 it still comes out at a bit more expensive than a scratch and dent from the outlet - about the same as a 'Certified refurbished' I think

I've got the UHD touch on my 9530 and it is really nice in darker areas, but will go for the 1080p next; for battery life and for the matt screen for use in brighter environments.

Generally pleased with the physical build quality of my XPS by the way.
Stacking doesn't seem to work for me (looking at the XPS 13). Did anyone else have any luck?
Stacking no longer working
