I know you pay a lot more for G-sync technology but I'd still say it's debatable if its worth the (huge) premium and certainly isn't a good budget buy as that extra £300 would be far more noticeable spent on the PC providing those visuals...

You're dismissing the 165hz, ULMB, cost of G-Sync and the 1440p?. Please do educate yourself more about how much 1440p G-Sync monitors cost, as seen from my camelcamelcamel link, this price is lower than it has ever been on Amazon. Your comment about spending £300 more on the PC is also irrelevant, as the sort of PC required to properly power one of these would already have a 1080/1080ti and similar high-end CPU. This isn't just a generic TN monitor, it has some very specialised features that offer a lot for gaming. This is the price range for these 1440p G-Sync monitors, and this specific price is very low. I do also wish this monitor cost less, but it doesn't and you won't find any monitors offering these features for anywhere near your desired prices. Your idea of prices is fanciful.

I got the 27 inch one of these a few days ago from the same seller, for a small amount more (sold out quick when they came back into stock), it's a stonking screen, superb for gaming
