Best price currently for this amazing monitor.
Edit: As new (but Dell certified refurb), and in perfect condition.

From Dell direct, it is £599
On Amazon it's down to £480
Scan at £550
Elsewhere nearly £700

It's g-sync enabled, which is great if you have an nvidia graphics card, and a useless feature if you dont (though the monitor would still work fine with other graphics, but there would be better value monitors for that).

2560x1440 resolution
144Hz refresh (which also improves working in Windows LOL!)
27" size
Integrated USB 3.0 Hub

I just bought this myself and can say with confidence that it arrived exactly as described, via DPD (which wasnt the best experience, but still better than some).£428.34 inc VAT and inc delivery.
A subjective view, but i personally like the professional / understated look rather than the bright accentuated colours that most gaming monitors have.
An amazing upgrade from my previous 23" 1080p 60hz monitor, i have absolutely no regrets. I have no dead pixels at all.

Surely you'd put G-Sync in the title? Also presumably it's a TN panel? Otherwise ticks a lot of boxes!

Done, thanks
From what i read, yes it is a TN panel. Really happy with it
I ordered one yesterday from NRG:IT for £419 possibly a refurb but comes with 3 year warranty and a promise of free of charge return if it comes with any dead pixels and they guaranteed I'd get the latest A04 revision

Hot price for what you're getting and judging by reviews and incredible monitor , excited to receive mine on Monday

@Msic What revision did you receive?

Just read and at the bottom it states Dell Certified Refurbished Product , 1 year warranty ...personally think you'd be better off with this £219 and a 3 year warranty

Might wanna change the post as it's not brand new

Edited to reflect refurbished.
Must admit that I didn't know that myself when buying, and isn't evident from the product received. It appears new.
Been on a 1440p 144hz gsync panel for over 2 years now and it really is an ideal middle ground.

Think that will be the same case here as not brand new also but some haven't even been refurbished and returned so basically brand new but they have to sell as refurbished

So excited to receive mine , been PC gaming for the past 10 years on 23" 1080p 60hz .

Be nice to have a bigger screen , higher resolution, higher Hz & Gsync , hoping I adjust easy
I've owned one of these monitors for a little over a year - and am very happy with it. I'd say that G-Sync (and I'm sure FreeSync, although I haven't tried it), is one of the biggest quality-of-life upgrades I've experienced on PC. It really helps to smooth off the rough edges from frame and refresh rate. Highly recommended tech, whatever your choice of monitor.

You will appreciate games more than ever before, more fluid, sharper, easier on your eyes, more responsive. Go back and play a ps3/360 era game at 1440/144 its like experiencing it all over again.

That's what I'm hoping for , Tbh the last year or so I've neglected my PC and been playing ps4 games , most run sub 30fps @ 1080p so getting back in to PC gaming will make the world of difference , especially with Gsync , 144hz and the resolution bump

Time to start actually playing the games I own on Steam (still not finished skyrim )
I have this monitor, it's great, only problem im getting is the blacks during videos game cutscences /YouTube video have a pixilated look. Bit annoying.

Heard this was a problem with the early divisions of this monitor , that's why I wanted A04 revision, either that or because of the graininess of the coating combined with it being a TN panel
Now £499 brand new at amazon

I spoke to them via the live chat and they said that they will check the product code before shipping and personally make sure it's A04 . Said they put a note on my order stating "A04 only" I'd get on to them before you order then place the order and let them know you want A04 , there customer service is really good and it's my first time ordering with them

Hey, Clonereeco,

Did you receive yours today? Is it A04 revision? Any issues? Dead pixels?

Yeah it arrived Monday , I haven't set it up yet but I opened it to check everything was there and that it's A04 revision, which it was.

First impressions just from opening the box is that it doesn't even seem like a refurb , all the original packaging , cables & documents are all accounted for.

I'll be setting it up later after work so I'll post back and let you know
To update; I set it up later , I was mistaken with one of the cables as it was an upstream cable for the usb hub on the monitor which I wasn't aware of , I thought it was a display port cable which should have been included but wasn't , I contact them via live chat, explained it was missing and they sent me one straight away via royal mail first class so that should be here tomorrow, he said the reason for the cable not being there was probably because when someone checked that it was revision A04 they forgot to put the cable back in (the revision is listed on the box as A00 so they have to open it to check the back of the monitor )

Temporarily set it up using a spare HDMI cable I have , ran a dead pixel test on black, white, blue and red and found no faults but after having played around looking for some new wallpapers I noticed a pixel was getting stuck on red, it happened a few times but then seemed to fix itself so can't comment yet whether it's going to become a problem .

The monitor appears brand new , all original packaging seems to have been used and the monitor itself has all the protective peel off tape stuff in all the places you would expect so I can't even tell if it is a refurb .

Can't fault there customer services as they have been very helpful even before ordering.

I'd personally opt for this deal over the brand new one I posted from Amazon as this includes a 3 year warrenty , £80 cheaper and there customer services is on par with Amazon's

Cheers for the info mate!
@clonereeco Literally just ordered this from NRG IT and specified I would like a A04 version.

Don't suppose you've managed to set it up with the display port cable yet, I was wondering how your experience with it has been?

I have indeed , I received the display port cable the next day and set it up and all is good , screen now running G-Sync @ 144hz however I have yet to run a game yet as I've not had time , off work soon so I'll get plenty of time to give it a full test then but so far I'm very impressed, colours are even better than my old TN and the anti glare coating is really good at stopping those awful reflections

No worries

That's exactly what I thought, compared to the Acer and Asus offerings especially, personally not a fan of the Acer styling and the Asus was overpriced .

What are you upgrading from ?

At the moment I have a gtx 780 so I won't be pushing that many frames but waiting for the 1080ti to drop below £650 before I upgrade my GPU

Funnily enough I'm actually going from a 3440x1440 ultra wide so not too much of a change price wise. I've just had enough of only playing at 60hz and g-sync looks SO good!

Will be interesting to see how it suits me, think I'll miss the ultra wide a bit but the rest should make up for it!

Yeah I'm running a 970 so interested on the frames I will be getting. May look to get a 1070/1080 in the future anyway =D

Can imagine you'll hit over 60fps with a 970 in a couple of games but a 10 series would go down a treat for the both of us

I usually hate change but when it's a change as good as this I don't mind

Sadly I don't have room for ultrawide , I hope you're happy with , don't forget to calibrate it once it's arrived

Got it all setup and I am blown away, the panel is the best TN I have ever seen and g sync and 144hz are a dream together.

Thanks for the heads up for the price at NRG IT, think I have bagged myself a bargain!
