Good review here: tomshardware.co.uk/del…tml

I've been looking at this monitor on a few sites around 150-160. Just bought today from dell for £130 with postage.

In context of price this is a good deal. Which is exactly what the hot button is for.

I'll repeat the challenge laid down by a previous poster. Where are these 27" 144hz monitors for the same or just a little more money than this? Honestly you probably can't even find one for twice the money.

what are returns like here?

thanks for posting btw op, good first deal!

Damn this is tempting. These are £159 on Amazon, and have been 200 or less for a while. So discount perhaps isn't quite as big as suggested by Dell.

Close one! Thank you for the heads up

I bought one of these the other week. It was nice but lost out on panel lottery. There's some slight lag on the panel but otherwise I thought it was a decent panel - provided you don't mind 1080p across 27 inches.

Ps. No DVI-D.

Seems relatively high lag which is a shame.

It's a reasonable deal for the price, but do be aware that 1080p at 27" is a pretty poor pixel density, and 75Hz is a noticable improvement over 60Hz, but falls far short of the 144Hz+ offered by monitors costing not much more than this.

care to share a 144hz monitor around this price

also 1ms to 5ms is negligible, and well worth it for an ips screen over a tn screen. Much better colours

1080p at 27" is awful image qulity. Do not want.

Even 144Hz TN panels cost considerably more than this, never mind IPS ones.

Seems like a good price for what it is, IPS, 27", 75Hz, freesync. Personally I wouldn't like 1080p at 27" but I suppose you can sit a bit further from your monitor

It's a good price but I agree that 1080p on a 27" won't be a great experience due to the pixel density.

1440p is the sweetspot at this size.

Its really not especially at that price.

I'm looking for a good 24" gaming monitor, has anyone seen any cyber monday deals? out of interest?

thank you saved me £130 as my monitors go on and arm.

My 24" Dell monitor is 1920 x 1200.

1080p will be fine @27", good if your eyes are not that good.

I'm on a 2K 32" now meaning the pixel density is around the same.

4K next year and it's going to be bigger.

I'd go for the dell 2515h at 25" but 1440p the quality is wonderful

I have got 2 x Dell 2515h and I have to agree that quality is excellent, BUT, 1440p on a 25" is really only for those with good eye-sigh. Specially as Windows scaling is way behind Mac OS.

On another note, it is at least twice as expensive.

Top left corners missing, i'd like a whole one

Sold out

I bought a Dell U2713HM 27" monitor a few years back, I've been quite happy with it, mostly light PC work, browsing and watching movies. My eldest has been asking for one, would probably use it as I use mine, how would this monitor compare - would it be comparable now mine is 2/3 years old?

I'd be grateful for anyones thoughts, not really up to date with monitors. Thanks

(Still in stock by the way)

I game on an IPS and don't have any issues, 144hz is not needed for most people.
