COLD!
Nope, it's windows 8.1 sorry :-/
Dell customer service really is horrendous.
Cashback is managed by two external company, who respond to emails quickly.
Opia for the payments and customer service, and dataserv who process the hardware.
I've claimed under this scheme a few separate times and had no problems. It is nothing to do with Dell.
AmAmused Deal
(well a few quid cheaper anyway)
Bad post, my bad.
Thanks for that information, numbers updated.
Weird deal!
The £200 I presume is the MAXIMUM trade in value for your current tablet but what is the £130 discount all about?
Wonky deal.
You've missed the VAT.
If you click the link, you will see that there is a £130 discount.
The original price was 439 then take off the 130 discount, then add the VAT (as in description) then take off the £200 cashback that is currently available for this product.
Cashback deal terms and conditions are now in the deal information.

1. The £130 discount is essentially fake, the Venue 11 Pro AFAIK was never sold at £469 + VAT.
2. I bought my Venue pro in December and the price i paid was the same as is is now £430 inc VAT and delivery.
3. There is not £200 cashback, it's up to £200 trade-in. Cashback means you get money back without having to give them anything. Trade-in means you have to give them something in return for the money.
4. I didn't get my £200 credit in the 40 days window. I emailed help@delltradetosave.com and they sorted out the £200 credit within a few days.
Apparently - it's on their website from this post it seems others have got their money back but it looks like they may need a prod.
Thanks for managing to make sense of this mess
Thank you for sticking your neck above the parapit! These things seem to move direction like tankers!
The tablet is £430 inc VAT and delivery. Possible £200 trade in.
