lack of information/links is TERRIBLE

COLD!

does this run android...... (sorry if this is a silly question)

Your £339 price is ex VAT and delivery. So price before cashback is £430.80

Ah its a trade in offer... not so great then

sorry is this an 11 inch tablet running win8.1 pro with a decent-ish cpu and a not-quite-awful amount of RAM?

Nope, it's windows 8.1 sorry :-/

As mentioned with VAT it's £430.80 but good luck getting cashback from Dell. I'm still trying from a previous deal and every person in there overseas call centres have no idea what "Cashback" means let alone how to pay it to me.

Dell customer service really is horrendous.

Cashback is managed by two external company, who respond to emails quickly.

Opia for the payments and customer service, and dataserv who process the hardware.

I've claimed under this scheme a few separate times and had no problems. It is nothing to do with Dell.

Where's the option to trade and what's the trade options

Apologies all price does not include VAT which is what this deal is....

Thanks for that information, numbers updated.

£439 - £130 - £200 = £206!

Weird deal!
The £200 I presume is the MAXIMUM trade in value for your current tablet but what is the £130 discount all about?
Wonky deal.

You've missed the VAT.
If you click the link, you will see that there is a £130 discount.
The original price was 439 then take off the 130 discount, then add the VAT (as in description) then take off the £200 cashback that is currently available for this product.

Cashback deal terms and conditions are now in the deal information.

The process is simple

This post is a complete mess.

1. The £130 discount is essentially fake, the Venue 11 Pro AFAIK was never sold at £469 + VAT.
2. I bought my Venue pro in December and the price i paid was the same as is is now £430 inc VAT and delivery.
3. There is not £200 cashback, it's up to £200 trade-in. Cashback means you get money back without having to give them anything. Trade-in means you have to give them something in return for the money.
4. I didn't get my £200 credit in the 40 days window. I emailed help@delltradetosave.com and they sorted out the £200 credit within a few days.

Does anyone know for sure that if I buy the tablet, I can trade in a laptop for the cashback rather than another tablet?

Apparently - it's on their website from this post it seems others have got their money back but it looks like they may need a prod.

thanks op.. for the heads up.. reminded me to look into these tablets..

Everything Dell does is horrible. Not even sure they'll be around much longer.

Thanks for managing to make sense of this mess

Hottish deal... this type of trade in deal for Dell venue has been posted before and got hot. As soon a you have a few bad comments early the others jump in the bandwagon and spoil this deal. This is a useful tablet for £206 when you have an old laptop/tablet that is worth £40-£80 to trade in and cannot be bothered to sell it.

Thank you for sticking your neck above the parapit! These things seem to move direction like tankers!

Maybe if the OP corrected the misleading title this deal would get hotter.

The tablet is £430 inc VAT and delivery. Possible £200 trade in.

ill pass

Has the TCB bonus stopped ? I cannot find the link
