In comparison, the M1330 costs £562.83 with a similar config but perhaps a better screen and a webcam

Any reasons why it is voted cold?

Do not get angry at me, you ave wanted to know the truth
Personallly, I really like Dell's laptops, however looking for 13' laptop I would expect high mobility - I do not get it with ''4-cell 38 WHr Lithium Ion battery'
Moreover, the integrated graphic card is rather poor . Obviously, it's not a bad laptop and not a bad price (especially for PCWorld 's Sunday buyers ;)) but for this money, you will find better one...much better.

ok, smaller hard disk and bigger screen( does not have to be a disadvantage ;))
better battery and almost £100 cheaper.

I don't think we're necessarily targetting the same market here. This laptop is clearly a sub-notebook, rather than a fully fledged one... The Vostro 1000 laptops are even cheaper....
