Good price for a 10" tablet with the Windows 8.1 interface but make sure that you are aware of the limitations of Windows RT - most standard Windows applications won't run on it.
Tempted, but you can't install any other browser except for internet explorer. Would have liked to have installed Chrome, and run it in "metro" mode.
a bit heavy!!! (630 KG)
I've had one of these for a few weeks and they are surprisingly good. Excellent screen. Not as fast as the Nexus 7 but not unacceptable. The version of Microsoft Office included on the XPS runs very well. You should view this as a business machine because the Apps don't stretch to many of the favourites I have on my Nexus 5 phone. If you can work within these limitations then this is a VERY GOOD buy at this price (I paid Dell +10% for a brand new example). Heat added.

My brother in law has one and for the 10 minutes i used it I was pleasantly surprised. Nice screen, fast and didn't have dells usual mid 90's chunky plastic look to it!
How much is the keyboard/dock?

How much is the keyboard/dock?

around £90 last I looked..

wife has hers constantly in a stand up case, in the kitchen on the brekkie bar for streaming tv/music/films, recipes and catching up emails etc.. using a BT keyboard, its really well built and nice and quick to use, but the weight does get to you when holding it which is why it stays in one place and she uses a 7" tab for carrying about.
You don't really need the keyboard dock. It does however add a great deal of battery life (x2) so it should last for 10-12 hours. I also use a £5 case which firmly supports the tablet in an upright position. If I need a lot of text entry I use my Bluetooth keyboard which works fine.
The price isn't as advertised on HuKD.

Currently £174.99 which isn't that good.

Considering full fat brand new quad core atom tablets can be had for just £50 more like toshiba encore at ebuyer, or if the keyboard is £90 more then for £50 more again the asus t100, then while i must vote hot as its the cheapest deal and stupid rules mean i have to, its also poor value for money.
I have this tablet, its absolutely great.windows Rt is fast and responsive, yes it has its limitations due to limited number of applications but does everything what I expect from my tablet.I like it far more than ipad2.
My father has this tablet and upgraded to Windows 8.1 it is blistering fast and easy to use. I dont have to worry about him downloading malware like on his old laptop as its a totally secure operating system. Also great at true multitasking, can have videos running in tabs or snapped to the side while doing something else with no slow down.
Price seems to be £174.99 now.
Its such a hot deal yet only 4 have been sold, strange that.

It's a good hint - however anyone who buys one with the intention of doing so should remember the hack only works on 8.0 currently, and not when running Windows 8.1 RT. Without outlook these things are not much use as a business tool so keep it in mind...8.1 will be hacked eventually though, work is ongoing

It's probably far slower than running a native application too.
