Don't trust Topcashback with this amount of money involved.
Those cowboys will decline your transaction and probably pocket their cut and your cashback.
They only look after their paying customers, anyone else they don't give a fig about.
Too good to be true? Probably. But if you're thinking of getting one anyway might be worth a dabble!
I've got tcb off the Microsoft store previously of about 60 pound on a Surface Pro off the Student Store. Might be worth a try if you're looking to buy this laptop anyway.

there is also upto £100 trade-in deal for this machine too for a machine that is less than 6 years old
this is the last generation of this machine. New one was just released, so probably a legitimate deal as they are getting rid of old stock. This is around £200 cheaper than buying from the refurb store
There's a review there saying it can't be upgraded to WIndows 10. That may be a concern to some.

Saw that as well but I gather it's sorted now as it's being sold with Win 10 already on. Don't take my word for it though!
I bought this, but the touch-pad is frankly awful. Had to return it.

If you can live with above, great laptop. Light, decent battery life (not quite as quoted)
Mmmm... I was after this until MS announced the Surface Book, but for this price, I maybe tempted to buy now and get the Surface Book later when its cheaper.

Thanks Op, heat added
This is a really good laptop. I bought mine from the outlet six months ago and would buy another if this one got nicked. The IGZO screen is fantastic. Battery life is modest, and the trackpad does take getting used to. The surface Book does look interesting, but I don't like the price.
Ummed... Ahhed... Decided...

Good Lord... That's put a spanner in the works.
I watched and read about the upcoming xps 12 last night and now I fancy that. Having missed this I'd decided to wait for that. Now it's live again I'm wondering whether to take the cash back gamble.
I might have to go on the rob and get both. Heheh!
