Come on £100 isn't a small figure pay again and get a refund from original obviously if that is possible with the outlet.

THe only thing with outlet systems is they are sometimes in few stock meaning when you buy one you're guaranteed one

It's too much for my needs anyway I'm using a four year old crappy HP with a slow AMD processor and it is doing me fine apart from an awful battery life (an hour), really really noisy fan and it also gets very hot to a point where you actually can't keep it on your lap any more but it's good enough for me.

How did you manage this deal.

I can't seem to get it, base model prices after the discount is 1249 and around 1400 for the ssd model...

You can't get it for under £900' something has been changed...

You have to use Dell outlet, can confirm it works

I can't see the image, could you check if you are able to still get it for £800'ish?

If so, did you have to deselect some options? I am getting to a total of £903 or so.

I see, you managed to get one at £1062.00, my ones are showing up as £1181.96, hence after discount only managing around £900.

You need to check through out the day. There is a particular model listed the price shown in the images as well as the current batch that are shown on the website at the higher price. You just need to keep checking periodically and you will bag this deal.

Do you have any reason to believe the two would be in different conditions?

That one currently listed shows as "new unused".

I was also confused with like for like spec being at different prices. I wouldn't think the condition will be bad as dell have to refurbish them as 'new' to avoid any further issues when customer receives them. The worst case scenario is you order and then want to return at which point dell may just knock further £ over the phone rather than take an expensive return. This is what I have read on various forums and posts here in the past.

I've ordered one, didn't get it as cheap as you at £880 but still a good deal and cheaper than 2nd hand ones on eBay.

Now to sell my Macbook Pro to pay my CC off!

They've pulled the 12% code now as it should have been for new systems only. Managed to get one at ~£803 so well pleased.

Have you had a confirmation email through yet? Mines still not been confirmed.

I've got an Amex card but can't work out where the "offers tab" is. Is it on the Dell site? Or americanexpress.co.uk? Or somewhere else?

edit: never mind, I found the "AMEX new cashback offers - HoF, Argos, Debenhams, World Duty Free, the White Company, Dell, Heals, Laura Ashley +++"... £100 off for £699+ spend
