Looks like this trade & save is only valid for a few systems and yes it seems a bit of a minefield to navigate and understand what actually qualifies. This needs expiring as it is back up in price again, so how do you do that ? Anyone ?

2600's can't be unlocked like the 2600k can be, just so everyone knows

Comparison:
Intel Core i7-2600 @ 3.40GHz 8967 benchmark
Intel Core i7-2600K @ 3.40GHz 10057 benchmark, and the 2600k can be OC to 5ghz+

Wow, wish I'd seen this at the lower price. Would have made a decent gaming PC (after adding a GFX card).
