That one is a much older model
Like asking the difference between different models of dyson, upgraded more recent ones have better technology and are generally improved - even if they are the same/similar on paper

I've got a magnifica 4200 and used it everyday for 35 months.
Much better than the nespresso I had before it.

What you get out depends on the beans you put in - I'd hope you use better beans than the cheap bulk stuff that waitrose use in their free dispense machines.
