I couldn't tell you mate, never cleaned it!!!

Tbh I have never made a milky coffee in mine so only used water so it's really easy, don't bother buying official delonghi solution, normal citric acid and water descaler is just the same

You get some citric acid crystals and when light comes up you run a couple of water tanks mixed with citric acid to clean the limestone.
If you are not bothered about refurbs vs brand new, I suggest waiting for one of these ebay codes (10%/20%) deals and I got mine for £209.

Will never understand why people buy these things in a first place. They seem to hype them up so much as well... Like, OH MY NESSPRESSO PODS, shut up.

Yeah I got sucked in to the "ohhhh my aeropress, its the best thing ever, makes such good coffee!!"

I still have about 100000000000 coffee filters for it in a cupboard.
I'm new to all this 'decent coffee machine' business (have tassimo atm o_O) , could someone explain what's the difference between this one and this, apart from the screen thing?
Thanks in advance
How reliable are these things? The expensive versions we had in the office needed a lot of maintainance to keep clean and functioning?

Considering Amazon's return policy and the fact that these machines very often go wrong, that is bad advice.

There will be no real difference between this and even £1500 bean to cup machines. They are equally all bad at making coffee because the grinders integrated in them are useless and they lack the control necessary to make good coffee. A decent grinder and a £10 cafetière will make a far better coffee than these machines will ever be able to.
