If your a coffee lover and looking for a new machine this is definitely one to look at

Meet the PrimaDonna Elite Experience a new generation of Italian bean to cup coffee machine. Designed from our home in Treviso, Italy, with a passionate pursuit of the ultimate caffè Italiano. State-of-the-art coffee technology, Italian style, mobile connectivity and touchscreen simplicity all come together to serve you barista-worthy drinks.
Enjoy an extensive menu of coffee-shop classics – from aromatic espressos with a rich golden crema, to cappuccinos, lattes and macchiatos, frothed to perfection. All at the simple press of the touchscreen or your mobile device. Barista-quality coffee doesn’t get any easier.
The integrated grinding technology always grinds the beans fresh. Grinding level can be adjusted according to taste. The conical steel grinders are calibrated for 100% accuracy.
Two independent heating systems for ideal temperature control: One thermoblock dedicated to coffee brewing and one heating system dedicated to milk preparation, both work simultaneously.
De’Longhi tubeless system reduces the amount of coffee powder left inside the grinder to a minimum so only newly ground coffee is used to brew your espresso.
For optimal hygiene, the carafe comes with an integrated clean function: after beverage preparation, all parts in contact with milk are automatically washed with hot water and steam.

Features
Coffee and milk based beverages at a touch of a button, including 2 espresso cups at the same time, hot chocolate and cold coffee
Creamy milk foam with automatic LatteCrema System and milk carafe auto cleaning

There's no way this is worth £500+ more than the £200-£300 models they sell

Unfortunately not just an app that you can programe

I disagree this replaced my old delonghi machine, and I’m glad I bit the bullet. It’s depends if you would use all the functions or not

Damn. Almost living in the future. I'll wait then!

You could use a smart plug to say ‘Alexa turn coffee machine on’ but you would still need to use the app to make it. I don’t think there is anything in the pipeline yet with delonghi and Alexa
Cant understamd why this os cold as its by far rhe beat price for thos machine.
Been waiting a good few weeks for this to come back on at £799 at Costco.
John Lewis sell it for £1285 but they price matched JC Campbell at £1150 (they won't price match Costco).
Was trying to see what the difference is between this and the dearer ECAM 656.85 but couldn't see what the difference is.
Glad I hung on now as this is the best price I've seen for this....looking forward to creamy hot chocolates with thr dedicated hot chocolate function etc
Cheers OP!

Your welcome have to say the hot chocolate function is amazing specially with a hint of baileys
I regularly succeed to get 3/3 with this model

Warning - Fill Tank
Warning - Empty Grounds

You'd think for this price there would be a warning when the actual beans are nigh on empty wouldnt you!

Turns out the only difference between the 656.85 and this one is the 656.85 is the Danish version
Very good price for this. Usual behaviour on here, which is ‘that’s too much for a coffee machine’ rather than voting based on ‘is this the best price for this coffee machine?’!!

Doesn't matter if it's a good/big discount, if it was vastly overpriced in the first place... Hence JD/jjb sports stuff going cold, or eurocarparts "big big sale" going arctic...
Cheaper than the 6900M which is £899 at Currys which also has the hot chocolate function but doesn't have the app facility
£1785 at Debenhams...wonder if it'll be in the clearance when they close bit still have to be a hefty discount to beat this deal

How much surely Debenhams can’t shift any at that price. I paid £1500 at Lakeland over 3 years ago. Shows it still does hold some value

So done some looking online and the one that compares is the s8 but you have to buy a lot of extras to compare.
Milk is hot and adjustable temperatures which I like.
You can either do it automatic and design it to your taste or the fancy way and froth your own milk and use shots of coffee
Costco just confirmed my order hopefully they'll deliver Saturday (2 day)
Now to sell my De'longhi ESAM2800 Cafe Corso to help fund it.

great with costo customer service and if this is a good automated b2c
i will give it a go

i had sage barista touch but i didn't like tamping and all that nonsense, complicated
No nonsense with this, just select and go. It’s so simple to use
Cracking machine but the vast bulk of the functionality can be had in machines costing less than half of this. Unless your requirements are very niche, I would go for something like the DeLonghi Autentica ETAM29.660.SB or the De'Longhi ECAM23.460 which are about £380 and £250 respectively on delonghi's eBay site at the moment. Admittedly the ECAM23.460 is refurb but you still get a 12 months warranty.

Is there a real difference in the type of coffee espresso a jura makes or this? They say jura is more coffee shop and De’Longhi is half filter half espresso type (well google says that )

Ordered for now

It is probably good and it is diy but apparently once you get it right its brilliant ... I never could get it right , you need the right tamp pressure the right grind blend and then the right amount of seconds calculated for the shot.. plus then you have to empty the tamp wash it etc .. it’s very hands on. I have ordered this model , but reading reviews of Jura that looks like a better coffee machine that would get you coffee shop type coffee but I will try this one and see how I get on . The Jura e8 is around the same price as this ,
Great price! Rarely does this machine drop below £1k, so how it’s gone cold is an utter mystery!

Personally, this machine is perfect for quick drinks like Cappuccino and long black. However, I’m currently a fan of flat whites and have opted for semi-automatic machine, which whilst fiddly and time consuming meets my needs. This is a good machine however and I’m sure you’ll all enjoy it!

Not quite the same as you’d get from something like the Sage Oracle (or any other manual setup) which allows much more customisation when pulling a shot or foaming milk. This is still a good machine for those wanting full-automation tho.

The difference is not worth the hassle IMHO. Been there with more manual / semi-auto setups and it’s not for the daily coffee before/after work, but perhaps a weekend hobby.

It’s a valid point; There are times when I wish I had a fully-automatic (which I’ve had previously at home), as the current setup is more time consuming and fiddly, however, the quality of a flat white is leaps beyond and worth it. Personal choice as you say.

Beans - try Starbucks House Blend (at Starbucks directly or Costco) and Saqeulla Bar Italia (Amazon and other sites online). Always go for 100% arabica and go for darker roasts if you want to avoid sour tastes. If you’re having a milky drink, this won’t matter as much.

Can’t comment on the grind size as I have a slightly different machine, but I can say I’ve never changed the default setting and I’m happy with the coffee.

Happy brewing!
I get Starbucks, costa and Aldi beans on my regular list. I also like java beans from Asda and when I’m near a Whittards I get beans there but can be expensive.
I always go for strong coffee on my machine think it’s 4 bean counters on the machine
