De’Longhi Dragon 4 Oil Filled Radiators
The Dragon 4 Technology is designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and functional. In a pure, brilliant-white colour, its stylish uncluttered design makes it ideal for any home: providing a touch of refined, essential and harmonious style.

Box Contains
1 x TRD4 1025T oil filled radiator.
1 x Set of instructions.
1 x UK plug.
Chimney Effect
The De’Longhi TRD4 1025T Dragon 4 Oil Filled Radiator convects air through its ‘chimney’ and cold air is channelled through the hottest part of the radiator, accelerating hot air through vents for effective heating and providing a fast flow of hot air that quickly warms the whole room.
More Radiant Surface
With an enlarged fin shape, it delivers an increased chimney (convective) effect for faster hot air flow . Its enlarged battery design means it provides 25 per cent larger radiant surface than the previous Dragon 3 model and ensures faster air flow emission and increased chimney effect for better comfort.
Functions
The Dragon 4 heats the air faster than any traditional oil-filled radiator and creates a comfortable mixture of radiant and convected heat, providing 2.5 kW of total heat output with 3 switchable heat levels, a room thermostat which can be set to automatically regulate to the desired temperature and a 24 hour mechanical timer. It also has an anti-frost function, an overheat safety cut-out mechanism and cable storage.
Design
The Dragon TRD4 1025T has been designed to have an elegant, smooth and safe profile, with rounded edges, pre-assembled easy wheels, and a carry handle making it safe and easy to move around the home as necessary. Ideal for rooms up to 75 m.

10 year manufacturer warranty. Seems impressive, assuming the manufacturer arranges / covers cost of any turnround - certainly couldn't see some of my elderly relatives being able to take a heavy device somewhere nor pack for collection.
Is it worth paying more than double for the brand name? Can get a 2.5kw with warranty for £35 from CPC

I'd say it's worth it. We got the digital version for overnight in the winter when my daughter was born 10 years ago.

It still gets regular use and works perfectly. Heard some stories of cheaper ones leaking their oil everywhere.
I would not say it's worth paying more than double price of similar items.
