Denon AVR2311 7.1 AV Receiver

The Denon AVR-2311 is a 7.1-channel AV surround sound receiver that brings out the full performance of HD audio and HD video, giving you the cinema experience in your front room.
Its video processor can take standard definition video and upscale it to near 1080p HD-quality, so if you're watching a DVD, the images will look much more detailed. Furthermore, the video noise reduction and enhancer allows you to fine tune your video, so the picture looks exactly how you want it to.
The Denon AVR-2311has six HDMI 1.4a inputs, which can handle 3D signals and link to 3D TVs, plus a 1.4a HDMI output. Switching between hi-def sources is easy, because with the AVR-2311 Denon have included a Graphical User Interface (GUI), so you can adjust the settings while a video signal is being played on-screen over analogue and HDMI connections.
The Denon AVR-2311 is extremely strong on the audio front too. Both Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Mater Audio are supported, providing you with lossless, studio-quality sound from your Blu-ray discs. On top of that, the Denon AVR 2311 plays 135W from all seven channels, giving you a truly cinematic experience. Then there are three Audyssey sound technologies, which measure the acoustic characteristics of the room, adjust sound accordingly and ensure that sound is rich and accurate at any volume level, providing you with first-class audio for your home entertainment setup.
The Denon AVR-2311 even supports Dolby Pro Logic IIz, which helps to reproduce surround sound with a vertical dimension at the front. This gives the impression that certain sounds are emerging from above you. The versatility of the AVR 2311 also allows you to use these additional channels for other speakers in another room.
If you keep your music collection on an iPod, you can hook that up to the Denon AVR-2311 and significantly improve the power and quality of your favourite songs.
The Denon AVR-2311 is a good looking player, with vibration-resistant casing, and a sturdy and compact build, which should fit nicely into any decent home cinema set up.

I was pulling his leg, you're clearly familiar with the legend that is LOUGHBORO GUY, so I'd have thought you might have spotted that. I'm fully aware of the current, well regarded, NAD CD range :p.

Nope but it may help if what you offer is available.....this AV is not £399.95 but £449.95 and possibly ex display / repaired. Maybe try and get the prices right would be a good start to getting some heat.

Also you say £50 to £100 cheaper than elsewhere but this one is cheaper than yours with free delivery and brand new stock.

Ah yes I see deal of the day......hmmm ok just to help you along.

You can out the dates in the box when you list a deal so it ends when it should do. Failing that if after the deal ends you press the expire button the moderator team will expire the deal so it does not just glutter the site up.

Hope this little tip helps.

Good luck
