Am and Fm radio.
Oh, and CDs.
I think it's also on the Currys website for the same price with the added benefit of 6 months Spotify if anyone's interested.

**edit** Just seen The0ne's post, should have refreshed before posting but the Spotify bit is still relevent.

Am and Fm radio.Oh, and CDs.

So pretty much like every device sold since CDs were invented.
Will this connect to TV?
Can't add to basket
OOS at Currys too
Oos
Amazing price.
Spotify Connect would have been the icing on the cake but at this price can't complain at all. You can grab a cheap Chromecast Audio for the same function, far higher quality compared to any version of Bluetooth.

What HiFi blurb here: whathifi.com/new…269
Apparently half the output of the venerable DM41-DAB (30W instead of 60W), and missing the DAB tuner - but really, at this price who's complaining.

What, like DAB/DAB+/WiFi/MiniDisc/TeslaBrainInterface?
Ah, you're being ironic.
But pretty sure AM and FM around a long time before the CD.
So no DAB?

I guess you can just do anything like that through your phone using a Chrome cast Audio as suggested above?
Does it play gramaphone records as well as AM radio?

Yes, but there were not too many hi-fi systems with a cd player BEFORE they were invented.
Don't know why this is so hot, it's still a lot of money for a 30w system without DAB?

Because it's a good price for a system normally selling for over £200 with sound quality to match. Denon mini systems punch well above their weight for sound quality, winning well deserved hifi awards almost every year.

Because it's a Denon system, and the internals are derived from the DM41-DAB which was an award-winning micro system. Of course you can get a generic Argos or Currys 30W system with AM/FM radio for less, and many people would be OK with that, but the quality of output on this will be at another level. You can even upgrade the speakers to something like the QAcoustics 3020 (regularly discounted by RS to £99) if you need a further increment in sound quality.

If u r serious about sound quality DAB is not great, it's basically low bit rate highly compressed mp3 and often in mono. FM far superior if you have a good aerial.

Absolutely, some streams are 32 Kbps bit-rate MP2 (yeah, MP2, not even MP3!), and in mono.
DAB+ streams are slightly better, but by not much. FM is gonna be around for a while. I call it the 'Great Digital Con' perpetrated by the UK government at the time.

I'm well aware of it's particulars, I'm a sound engineer so I appreciate hidden quality, but it's rrp is quite simply laughable. At this price it's about what you'd expect to pay.

It didn't teach me that. But you might like to try Google yourself, it might teach you something. Try googling manners for starters.

Over £100 on a system and they don't throw DAB in, it's really getting obscene.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good sounding system (although I've got the DM41) , but when they're constantly talking about turning FM transmitters off I can't believe they have the nerve to not include DAB as standard on any system over 20 quid.

I wasn't joking, I was drily calling out your rudeness, if you need me to be explicit about it, and it appears you do.
