Professional denon headphones. If you are all for quality sound then you should get these! They beat Dr. Dre's beats by the reviews.
Bought these over a month ago and they are PURE AWESOMENESS!! I am using them for sound recording and editing, really pleased with quality and price.

Tried these a couple of months back when HMV were clearing em out. Couldn't justify another set for the collection. But the sound fidelity was superb for the price (wonderful bass tones, no swaping of the midrange and quite an expansive soundstage) the only thing I was unsure of was the build quality and materials used. In comparison to the higher end Denons and V-Modas in my collection they just seemed a little plasticky.

They do look a little plasticky, it shouldn't have been a surprise!

They might look a little plasticky but trust me, they are tough made :-)

Then again you mentioning the headphones that are like $200 whereas these ones are 32 quid.
Not everyone can justify spending 100-300 pounds on a set of headphones.
I've been using them for about 6-7 weeks now and I think they are pretty awesome in sound and how they are built.
A friend of mine bought Sennheiser for £60 and after trying the Urban Raver he said that his pair is nowhere near as good.
Plus they are fully compatible with iPhones/iPods/iPads...
(Although the mic is maybe a notch quitter than your usual mic, or so I've been told)

For the £32 they are great. They are cheap but they perform like £80 headphones.

are they good for watching movies lol?

They are fantastic for watching movies or listening to music.
Listened to a song 1st time while wearing them, then played the same song through the iPad air and was shocked at how much the quality of the song dropped haha

listening to any mp3 defeats the object of decent headphones after playing vinyl for a week i can no longer stomach the phasing and flatness of an mp3 and i'm slowly replacing my mp3's with flac

these are 34.99 now, which is 5 quid more than they are at the hut fyi.
