Great price for an ok game. I realise that doesn't sell it well but personally don't think it lived up to the hype.

I don't think I'd play it even if it was free. I had it for a week and found it dull. Same thing over and over again.
Looks amazing, just doesn't play amazing.

cheers

This is one of my favorite games, it's all I've been playing since I bought my ps4, awesome price!

If you do end up getting this, there is a HUKD clan, we play quite often. Discussion over in the misc section.

Are you able to play 2nd hand game on PS4? How can i avoid Codes Games on 2nd hands please? anyone help me? Thank you

Is there not an activation code needed for online with Destiny?

No codes or anything similar, there's no real difference from last gen with 2nd hand games.

Struggle to take this out of my PS4 and play other games really. Brilliant social game.

Is there a expansion out for this soon? 20quid is decent but if an expansion drops soon then it's going to cost more!?

Is this the new destiny on the ps4, I just orderd the game via amazon and the cover was different
I'm not a professional at games plz help

Yes, the first of two expansions the Dark Below has recently been released for Destiny. It's a rather hefty £20 despite the fact it includes very little in the way of new content, the progression in it is a mess and they decided to lock non-DLC players out of existing content which was the end of Destiny for me. I think it has a great foundation that's just really badly let down by its design and frustratingly Bungie/Activision are more interested in wringing as much money out of the first game as possible while they've moved all resources to the sequel rather than fix the original.

$20/£20. Bad value for the Americans, a joke for us.

Good price. well worth getting

Totally agree. The new DLC has made it difficult for players, who haven't bought the expansion, to progress their characters. I nearly didn't buy the DLC on that basis, but I really enjoy PvP (Crucible) so I did buy it, but only after much humming and harring. I am still disgusted with Bungie and how they have pretty much crippled the base game. Destiny is a very repetitive grind and the DLC is shockingly overpriced for what it actually adds.

Amazing game, my favourite game of the year, and i have played ALOT

It's terrible and spectacular at the same time.
Destiny has been in my Xbox One for a little over 2 months now and my other great games are collecting dust.
Destiny is a grind. Be prepared to replay the same missions and tasks just to level up your weapons and armour.
The campaign and story is utter dog turd but get past the soft level cap (lvl 20) and the game opens up.
The DLC is a scam. I bought it the day it came out and it basically invalidated everything I had worked towards over 2 months of playing. It didn't add much to the game except a boring Strike mission and a short and glitch-plagued raid.
Unfortunately, I'll still be playing Destiny today, tomorrow and for the foreseeable future. Addiction eh, can't kick it.

As much as I moaned about the game, for £20 I'm almost tempted to pick it up again purely for the odd strike with friends.

at this price i bit!
heated.

The game has amazing gunplay but just about everything else is so, so disappointing. A complete lack of content and set out so you have to repeat the same thing over and over again in the endgame.
Note: Haven't bought the DLC but that seems to be at least £15 overpriced from what I've read.

Your first line sums the game up pretty accurately, it is impressive how enjoyable the grinding can be as the basic combat is that good and with some decent new content (a couple of new planets and some new enemies) I wouldn't mind a bit more grinding but the high cost, the lack of content and the complete mess of progression in the DLC has been enough for me to break my addiction.

Just purchased this came with the vanguard code is that normal for all destiny games? The update is killer be prepared to wait 2-3 hours if you have crappy EE internet like mine -.-

Just echoing the comments above, its a great terrible game. Couldn't put it down but had nothing that appealed to me. Sunk about 50 hours into Borderlands, expected it to be very similar which in a way it was but it wasnt. Not bad for £20 but way over hyped in my opinion.

Bam, my price. I'll get this after Chrimbo.
