Isn't all soap anti-bacterial? Are we being conned with all these 'anti-bacterial' products?
Soap, by it's very nature, is already "anti-bac". Whatevs, obvs.

Avoid anti-bacterial soaps they're damaging to skin. We do actually NEED some bacteria on our hands but these things kill ALL of them.

Dettol hand wash. For the schizophrenic in you.

What about washing up liquid - good idea to pay a little more for 'anti-bac' or not?

Absolutely not!! But if you read ANY bottle (of Fairy Liquid at least) it will tell you to rinse your hands off after using it.

Not disagreeing with you but do you have a basis for your view or just personal opinion? I know there are concerns in the US about the 'anti-bac' trend and I always believed normal cleansers/soaps/detergents had anti-bac properties anyway.

Research and attending Food Hygiene Courses multiple times. Plus just try using an anti-bacterial handwash. Then try using a decent one. You can feel the difference for yourself.

Your hands..? Oh and a bit of basic common sense. Bear in mind however this is a deals site not a medical repository.
I just love unsubstantiated statements on HUKD (not).
