Hi, have a really old computer that wont let me print pdf's can someone put it on here as a doc please
Was in ASDA store Yesterday, getting the dettol spray and wipes using the vouchers. But when i got to the checkout the lady at the till refused to scan them saying because they had the same bar code they would not take them. I told them this is wrong and even the vouchers from their instore magazine for Velvet toilet roll has the same barcode. A supervisor was called who took us to the customer service desk and was very rude and did nothing to help us. I demanded to speak to a manager. A manager appeared who said sorry and how this should never have happened. He put through all the vouchers. When i got home i phone head office to complain, they was very sorry and got the store manager to phone us who said this would never happen again and if i had any problems in the future at checkout to get a member of staff to call her. She also gave us a £20 gift card for any inconvenient caused.

Just reminding people who use vouchers to stand there ground and don't let the store staff push you around and make you feel that you are doing something wrong.

Good Luck with that!! Do you know that you can get coupons from the following website:

moneysavingexpert.com/dea…ons
thanks again theflyingscot
so those who are buying 6 bottles at a time, can you use just one voucher and it'll take £3 off the total amount or would you have to print and use 6 vouchers - and are checkout staff ok accepting this many vouchers etc?

thanks

You use one voucher for one product, print many vouchers, you can buy as many as you want, to avoid problems with check out, use self service check out, they give less problems.

Or if you are going todo a lot of shopping, use self service and pay for your deals, then use cashier to pay for others
Thanks OP voted hot..
I got 2 spray bottles .2 packs of wipes and 2x1 litre bottles of dettol antibacterial.
I also got 6 bottles of comfort fabric conditioner for just 25p each as I got the coupons from another thread.
I had no trouble at the checkout as I chose a checkout with a young man who looked like he would not be bothered about coupons.and luckily he was OK.
Hi, Where did you get these coupons from? It's just i've tried printing the edited 3 per page link you've posted and they don't scan at my local sainsburys. If i could please have the original maybe that'd work better. Thanks

Hi, Have you got a link to the original coupon, as i've tried this edited link for 3 per page and they don't scan in my local sainsburys. Thanks

Have to agree, it seems the voucher will not scan, have a barcode reader here and it will not scan, just going to ASDA will see what happens.
Just come back, doesn't scan on the till in ASDA, although she took them anyway.
Cheers OP
Has anyone actually managed to use the coupon with it scanning the barcode?
Yes mine were scanned in Asda .no problems I used 6 of them will be going back for more..

How strange - coincidently they noted that the coupons do state used once per customer, so I wasn't allowed to use more than one in a transaction.
I really do think it depends on who serves you at the time. as others have said on previous posts it may be best using the self scan checkouts...
