how many claims per household?
thanks, as it will help me on school holidays xx
Only 2 tickets per qualifying transaction, so make sure you pay separately, looks like you also have to a valid club card
I've claimed for me and my son and now the deal doesn't show on tesco, do you think I can only use it once?

You can claim multiple times but only one claim in a 24 hour period, Just put your items on separate receipts if you want to make multiple claims as you have to submit the receipt as part of the claim. I 've claimed five times so far and had my ten codes back no problem.

You can buy either instore or online until 19th July
Can the tickets be used individually so as to see two different movies? Or do they have to be used at the same time/same movie?

According to the terms and conditions:

Customers who register a valid claim during the term of the promotion … Customers who register a valid claim during the term of the promotion will receive two standard adult Cineworld cinema tickets. The Cineworld cinema tickets will be supplied as eCodes via email to the address registered within 14 days from date of application. Each Cineworld eCode can be exchanged for one adult or child entry ticket for a standard 2D performance of your choice at any Cineworld cinema in the UK and Ireland (excluding Picture House cinemas and The Screening Rooms Cheltenham) excluding occasions where the cinema has been hired for special performances.

So if it's two codes, that suggests you can use them for separate visits to cineworld.
was it with or without your clubcard goldy12?
Is their any minimum spend?
Goldy based on your experience how long does the code take to arrive?

Don't see why not, as they are individual codes, that you can either use online to book ( beware a booking fee on Cineworld web site) or take the codes into the cinema to buy tickets. I tolerate the booking fee online which is a rip off, to save time and guarantee my seats where I want to sit, but it's individuals choice.

This is what the e email with the codes attached says:

Each eCode can be exchanged for one Adult or Child entry to see a standard 2D performance of your choice.
You must redeem your eCodes for a performance on or before 25th November 2016.
How to book your tickets:
Simply present your eCodes to a member of staff at the box office or concession counter who will exchange them free of charge for cinema tickets to your chosen film or you can book online at cineworld.co.uk. Please note, bookings made online are subject to a booking/processing fee per person for whom a seat is booked.

With my Clubcard, but separate receipts , and don't forget only one claim within 24 hour period , so spread the claims across a few days

My quickest was in the region of 4 hours to get them back , my longest was about 44 hours and that was a claim submitted on a Saturday afternoon which arrived on the Monday morning. Terms state it can take up to 14 days thou.

No problem , Stock up on codes now and enjoy your films ( beware online booking code on Cineworld site, buy at the cinema no extra charge).
The strange thing is this is not being advertised in Tesco stores ( none local to me anyway), so a lot of people don't realise the offer exists

Great
When it says 24 hour period, does it mean I have to wait 24 hours exactly from the point of submitting my first or does it mean calendar day (ie submitted yesterday and can do another anytime today)? Thanks
Must go buy some...Thank U
So, if you purchase 12 hand soaps in one day (separate transactions, of course). Then could you submit each one over the following 4 days, to claim 8 tickets?
Just got 3 of these from Tesco Stairfoot Barnsley, this offer wasn't listed anywhere I could see. Just applied for my tickets, thank you very much
just to say I put my initial claim in last Thursday and still haven't got my codes. Anyone sent in a first claim after this time and got a code back as yet? Who is the email form in case I have to do a check in my spam folder etc

haven't had a response yet either. put in my first claim the day op put this post up. Was advertised in store at the Bursledon extra store.
Whilst I still haven't had any codes back since my original claim last Thursday realised at least I had an acknowledgment for the claim. I put a claim in for my mum without a club card. Didn't even get an acknowledgement email back.anyone else have this problem?
Yes I got an email when I submitted a claim with the clubcard but not without.. Still waiting for my codes from Saturday the 9th.
