I have this and you can open the soap bottle and add your own soap when empty :O)

Does the voucher have a barcode which you can scan yourself and get the discount?

why expired??

These things infuriate me.
Do they think we're stupid? A non-touch soap pump for washing your hands? Really??
What would these people think if I dropped a crisp on the floor, picked it up, checked it over for fluff, gave it a quick blow (steady!) and then ate it? They'd have a fit!
Yes, it's a good deal price wise but seriously, why bother?

Miss MellyG

why expired??

You mean why unexpired - is hotukdeals backing the use of expired coupons?

For an adult I couldn't agree more but for my 2yr old and my 4 yr old it is fantastic, when trying to balance on a step and reach the taps and pump the soap dispenser it has all been a bit too much but with this they can pretty much manage it all......gets my vote anyway!!!

I don't really know why this thread is still here as the voucher expired two weeks ago.

Great idea when touching raw chicken or pork....when you dare not touch anything before washing your hands.....mind you I spose some might not bother ..i mean what harm could it do it do to just eat packet of crisps after picking up the fairy bottle thats got a few lethal germs on it ?

That is so uncanny! I do exactly the same thing too! I stick my finger up your bum and put that finger all over the taps. What're the chances of that eh?

Surely it doesn't matter if you have to touch a soap dispenser to get soap out, cos the soap will then sanitise your hands? :O Probably more important to get a no touch tap system.

I guess it is good for younger children who have trouble pushing soap pumps... but is a waste for adults imo.

Because, although expired, ASDA are still accepting them... nothing dodgy, nothing secretive about it, not even going through the self checkout to get away with it..

fact: u gonna die if u touch normal handsoap

Can some one tell me the point of these?

After youve used it you wash your hands anyway, so its no different then a hand pump?
Youve still got to turn the tap off, which is what will have the bacteria on?

I don't understand these either.

So what if there is bacteria on the pump, you wash your hands immediatly after touching it

good deal but too expensive other than this deal for what it really is

One cashier accepting an out of date voucher isn't really a deal.

What would happen if everyone posted deals using an out of date voucher lol

How would a fairy bottle bottle have germs on it..........

Because you have dirty hands, pick up the bottle with your dirty hands to get the liquid out in order to clean them
You clean your hands, the germs still on the bottle.
The bottle will have the germs on it but your hands will be clean.

I would imagine people like myself who are bothered about germs use soap to wash their hands with NOT the fairy liquid.

Yeah only a few billion...:p

What if you don't have a sink in your toilet? (like in my flat) I'd rather have guests use one of these filled with sanatizer, than use the kitchen sink! (no i'm not the landlord)

I jest but i am a bit of a germ freak,i always wash my hands after taking rubbish out to the dustbin for example, most people don't.

Yeah but a few million less than a lot of other people

If ASDA are still accepting the voucher... it isn't expired...

It wasn't a one off either... I saw other people doing it in the store, hence me doing it, thinking for some odd reason that it was a good deal & posting for other people to take advantage of.

If ASDA are willing to accept the voucher, despite the date, then that to me.... IS A DEAL

no?

i'm assuming it was you that expired this thread without actually reading the comments

surely if someone try's it & they refuse the voucher then by all means expire this thread.. until then.. is it not worth trying???

I think some peeps are reading too much into why others would want one. I did not get one for hygine purposes, I got it cos I am a lazy ass and like gadgets!

It saves me pushing the pump every time I wash my hands. It would be great for anyone who has arthritis too or any disabilty similar.
