I have one of these. It's a great little soap dispenser, let down by the amount of soap it pumps out. It gives you exactly twice as much soap as anyone would need to wash their hands thoroughly. Obviously this is intentional so you have to buy more of their product, but I don't like waste and I don't like spending money for the sake of it. I think I pay £3 for each small refill and you can't refill them either. They really don't last long given the size of the cartridge and the amount of soap that unnecessarily comes out. I won't be buying more cartridges for this unfortunately. Not voted either way.
yes I always refill myself, with cheap antibacterial soap, only found this today as mine gave up the ghost
Are these refillable with normal soap or do you have to buy the dettol ones?

They are simple to refill just get a cutlery knife up under on the edge and it will ping off, refill and push top back down
I drill a hole in the top when empty and re fill with carex antibacterial liquid I get from Costco.
I just put a bit of tape over the hole.
Ordered 2 for spares.
These are better than the older design with the longer body. They seem to be more water proof and reliable. As others have said, easy to refill with cheaper liquid soap rather than buying the official refills.
Ooooh fab, ordered, thanks for posting! x
Binned mine waste of money with refills being so exoensive, didn’t want to fiddle around with other refills such a hassle
Ordered, thanks x

Hassle? Takes all of 10 seconds to refill with 50p handwash. You could at least have given it away to someone.

Or just cut off the two side lugs, then the lid pulls off quite easily

They can be refilled - I've been refilling mine for over a year without any problem. Great for in the kitchen when preparing food. There is no need to pay £3 for a refill as you can use any liquid soap/handwash in it. I bought some of the Dettol aloe Vera refill pouches via amazon S&S a while ago when on offer and it smells and feels very pleasant.
