Are the replacement cartridges cheap (or can they be refilled with any liquid soap) ??

The soap that comes with these smells delicious!

Replacements are expensive but i refill mine with my own stuff

TIP - The lid is not easy to get off to refill it, but pop the plastic container in hot water and it helps get the 'lid' off it

I don't see the rationale behind "no touch"? Surely after you touch it you have disinfectant on your hands, so any germs you get from pressing the button are killed anyway?

exactly, plus you then have to turn the tap off which is prob laden with germs anyway, most people in their private houses do not have the hospitals elbow taps, its a product just preying on peoples fears, I'm 40+, a few germs over the years haven't done me any harm, think as a society we are going overboard on germ killing lol
