They also give you a bit too much soap each time, imo.

Really? Mine does'nt seem to give enough perhaps it can be adjusted?

We just drilled a small hole in the top of the bottle and refill with whichever hand soap is on offer

it is in lithuanian url,so what? I have printed them,used them in Tescos, Savers, Superdrug-no problem,everywhere accepted.
nobody forces you to print it

It is. The coupons have been doctored. The font is wrong and to the right of the word "off" you can see the edge of the letter is cut-off

As said,used it 50 times and no probs.
If you put a knife under the lid you can flip it off and refill with any other soap and then put lid backon!!

I think drilling a hole in the top would still be better. If you keep opening the cap as shown in the video, it will eventually get damaged and/or leak.
