They're, ok. I personally wouldn't put more than about 500 hours into Human Revolution.

Ah really, that doesn't sound too long, people should probably pass on this then....

(BTW for those unaware, HR and the original are awesome games, go buy this for them. :))

Yeah, I'd have to agree there

    .....

Awesome games all of them (even Invisible War), so this gets heat from me.

For anyone interested in the original Deus Ex, there's a mod coming out (soon), which I'm looking forward to. Deus Ex Revision can be found here.

Also, I'd suggest using the High Definition Texture Package and New Vision mods too.

Original Deus Ex (GOTY) with HDTP.

That is weird I actually tried it again a couple of months ago, but couldn't get into it. I'm waiting for Revision to be released, then I'll go through Deus Ex again. It needs to be done

And yes, if you have time, The Nameless Mod is a must.

The original was way ahead of it's time. I played it for a decade. Great gameplay, great story, amazing atmosphere, and probably the best soundtrack I've ever heard. Think I need to revisit it soon

At which point? I just tried, and it goes through most of the way, but I don't want to buy the whole lot again

Are you using a VPN or something?

    When I click "Buy now".

I'm not behind any VPN - I've tested it on some sites that show if you're using proxy and all looked ok.
Went to another computer in the house - same issue.
Either there's something weird with my router or Virgin Media. Had similar issue recently...

I'm not finding a lot of usual information about this. Looks like you might actually be able to use a VPN to trick it into thinking you're in a qualifying country. One suggestion was to check the language settings on your system, to make sure they're set to English (UK), and not just English.

Failing that, and email to their support team might be the answer. Sorry I can't be of much use here.

I've tried using proxy but got the same results.
There must be something with wrong geoip for my virgin media IP as similar thing happened for me last week when trying to buy some service in US.

Anyway got it (painfully) through my mobile broadband and am downloading now.

    Voted hot of course.
I had this error and turned out my delivery address had venezuela as country.

So double check that both billing and delivery address show correct country
