Key Features:
- Real role-playing from an immersive 3D, first-person perspective. The game includes action, character interaction and problem solving.
- Realistic, recognizable locations. Many of the locations are built from actual blueprints of real places set in a near future scenario.
- A game filled with people rather than monsters. This creates empathy with the game characters and enhances the realism of the game world.
- Rich character development systems: Skills, augmentations, weapon and item selections and multiple solutions to problems ensure that no two players will end the game with similar characters.
- Multiple solutions to problems and character development choices ensure a varied game experience. Talk, fight or use skills to get past obstacles as the game adapts itself to your style of play.
- Strong storyline: Built on "real" conspiracy theories, current events and expected advancements in technology. If it's in the game, someone, somewhere believes.
Hope it helps someone.
Although not much of a saving from 9 years ago lol

Wow thats a serious blast from the past Thanks for sharing.
Run and gun was more my thing at the time. Maybe I need to try again. Then again I recently bought Bioforge and a few others which I didn't play much of at the time......and still haven't played them.
Sadly I have finally discovered GTA modding and I will probably never play another game in my life....Maybe there's a Deus Ex mod.
Amazing company though promised multiplayer and they delivered it I think a year after release for free just to please fans if I remember right. Was crazy how many ways you could play this as well so many games copied it for decades.
Showing your age there fishmaster!
Is this 'service' still alive?! Will need to investigate! I'm sure old biddies (and fishmaster) still prefer it over the fancy new 'world wide web'!
I think there are hd texture packs and mods available through steam .
Does this help? store.steampowered.com/app…on/
I enjoyed Invisible War on the original Xbox although I never competed it as I saved my game as I was dying and got caught in a death loop
DX: Revision in my opinion went too far.
Funnily enough I started a new playthrough of DX (with GMDX, on Linux) only a few days ago. Gonna go for stealth no fatalities again
If you can get past the dated combat, it's well worth giving a chance. It's so much more immersive than the newer games.
It makes the game less potato, but I smell potato even with those revisions.
"As soon as I got told off for going in the women's toilets I was blown away. "
Wow! This game is so realistic!
Ha its great, look it up on YouTube.
I typed 'Women's toilets YouTube' in to Google and well that's another fine mess you've got me in to.
It's that time again where I find myself in the weird corner of the Internet. It's good advice though to stay out of the ladies restroom, I'm going to write it down 100 times on a bit of paper, (actually in Word as I can just copy and paste it, much easier) then I should remember.
Having the boss mention it in the meeting was so cool though. I didn't have to go in there, it's just what you do in video games isn't it? You're told to go one place but you look around everywhere else first when he told me that off I just thought this was going to be a special game.
Yeah, I'm glad it's a game, it's much worse when it happens at work.
Agree this is a great game and the best but Human Revolution was also great. Mankind divided was mediocre but still worth a play. Didn't play Invisible War.
HD remaster would be great
