Story overview

DmC sees the origin story of self-assured series protagonist Dante retold against a contemporary backdrop. The Dante of DmC is a young man who has no respect for authority, or indeed society in general. Dante knows that he is not human, but also that he is not like the demons that have tormented him throughout his life. Caught between worlds, he feels like an outcast.

Thanks to his twin brother Vergil, leader of the anti-establishment group The Order, Dante is discovering and coming to terms with what it means to be the child of a demon and an angel. With Dante being able to call upon angel and demon abilities at will, his split personality dramatically affects the gameplay style.

Anyone know if this was a massive step over the PS3 version? I've got that sitting on my hard drive waiting to play but if this is much better then for a tenner it would be would be worth it

Literally playing this at the moment, and it's fun, but I must admit, it's a struggle to get into. Still, only early doors...

A great game, surprisingly.

Defo worth getting at this price

'Struggle to get into' what? This game is very accessible and simple to get into great fast paced action game.

I recommend turning on Turbo mode to speed it up 30%

Not if it's not really your kind of thing. Which this isn't for me. Like I said mate, early doors and all. Don't get too hurt by little old opinions!

I couldn't get into it myself. Didn't like the way they portraighed Dante as powerless in the real world and that your powers only became available in the demon world. much prefer number 4 even playing as Nero. plus the whole prequel thing has been done before with this series. still a good price tho.
