Not much to say except these are NOT wifi; just plug one in to your router and the other one into upto 2 devices (e.g. TV, computer) and they will work without any messing around.

And Wifi version (includes 1x LAN port) £45

I have these and they work fine. You can create a wifi access point (instead of having to attach your devices to the remote adapter with a cable) by plugging an old router into the remote adapter (simple instructions on the web).
Nice price for a twin port.

Bonus it's from Amazon (easy refunds) as powerline kits dont work well in every home.
Just a heads up, Sainsburys currently have TP-Link's 1GB Powerline starter pack at half price (20 from 40).
I own one of those for 2 months. Perfect stable connection not losing any speed vs lan cable
Best power line adapters money can buy
Whats the best cable to cable power line but with a wifi on one of the power line to create a new access point?

Thanks

What do you mean by "a wifi on one of the power lines"? I assume you mean an old router. In which case you just need a standard Ethernet cable (this deal pack comes with them).

The wifi version is £44.99, which is also a nice saving, for those interested. Heat OP.

Assuming you have power in the cabin and you want wifi, then try the wifi version (both versions use the house wiring); take care with the packaging and return it if it doesn't work.

I have a spare virgin hub 2 router. I can get a ethernet cable from my sky router to the hub 2.

Can I use the hub 2 as Wi-Fi extender?

This has instructions to turn the hub into an Access Point (to turn a wired port back into a wireless relay - to turn the powerline adapter installed in the target room furthest away from router back into a wireless connection)
